This book is an essential tool for any employer or manager who cares about the happiness and well being of their work force and wants to enhance their understanding and skills. We all know that an engaged workforce is a productive one.

Workforce engagement and well being has never been more prevalent than over the last few months – therefore it is well worth investing in the book and setting the time aside to study it.

The book is plain speaking, offering a practical approach to what you need to know. We all need some help with those difficult conversations. Skillfully and energetically written, it is an easy read.
